Please share the link you used to get to the trial. Is it a Quest.com link or a ToadWorld.com link? Toad for Oracle has offline licensed versions and new, subscription licensing versions. The former is available for download from Quest.com and the latter from ToadWorld.com. If you've downloaded a Subscription licensed version then simply install it and run it. You'll need to sign up for an account if you haven't already. If you've downloaded the offline key version from Quest.com I'm not sure why your email hasn't been received. I just went through the flow and received my key as expected.

Then they can download and install the 30-day trial, extend the trial, and share the trial. It's that easy. No need to fill out another form and get another key.
Something you should know: the license key expires November 1, 2020. That means that you need to act on this offer now. Don't worry, as long as you activate the key by August 1, 2020, you have enough time to experience the full, 90-day free data preparation trial. If you activate the license key past August 1, your trial will expire on November 1, 2020.
You can use this version of Oracle Crystal Ball, Fusion Edition on a trial basis. A 15-day trial license is already active when you start Crystal Ball. Only properly licensed customers can use Crystal Ball after the trial license expires. (Note that the trial license is only good for a single 15-day trial. If you download a later version of Crystal Ball when it is available, the 15-day trial license is no longer active.)

If trying to register a Toad for Oracle license key, the highest version that it can be use with is Toad for Data Analysts 3.1.
